I recently transitioned to a freelance role and as a result, I no longer have access/the luxury of an in-house IT team. As my laptop (MS Surface Pro) seemed to be running increasingly slowly, I arranged a health check with James Brown at Fentons following a recommendation. James arranged a check swiftly, outlined the process and cost clearly and did an excellent job of assessing my current laptop efficiency and also answered a list of around ten extra questions from me as part of the service (in relation to anti-virus software, Gmail log in, OneDrive, memory, battery, MS Teams set up etc). The health check was all done remotely (which was super) and I really felt I was in safe hands. James was professional, friendly, helpful and patient. He undertook all of the necessary 'tidy up' activities but also provided sound advice around risks and upgrade options. Thank you James and I'll definitely be in touch again when I'm ready to invest in a new laptop and need support with the move!
