Running a small bizz or being on your own can be a nightmare when the tech goes wrong as you don't have an IT dept to call upon to fix jams/ security/ upgrade and cross-linking problems. That's why I subscribe to Fentons ongoing support programme for all my company's machines across 3 sites. When things go wrong I send an email and the tech boys jump in and sort the problems as they arise. They also proactively manage all the software changes and hardware when required. it's a good investment.
